Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of YourSiteWithAI.dev ("YourSiteWithAI", "we", "us"), including the website, the dashboard, the API and the chat widget. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

YourSiteWithAI lets you add an AI chat assistant to your website. Answers are generated by the open-source llama3.2 model running on our own server. We may change, improve or discontinue features at any time.

2. Your account

• You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys.
• Keep API keys secret. Put them on your server, never in public web pages. If a key leaks, disable or delete it in the dashboard.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a paid plan.

3. Plans and payment

• Paid plans cost the amount shown on our pricing page and last 30 days from payment. Payments are processed by Ko-fi and PayPal.
• If you choose a monthly payment on Ko-fi, each payment adds another 30 days. You can cancel future payments at any time from your Ko-fi account.
• When a paid plan ends, your account returns to the free Starter plan and its limits.
• Each plan includes a monthly message limit and a number of website keys. When the message limit is reached, your chatbot stops replying until the next calendar month or until you upgrade.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• break any law, or help anyone else do so;
• harass, threaten, defraud or mislead people, including by pretending your chatbot is a human;
• generate spam, malware or sexual content involving minors;
• overload, probe or attack our servers, or get around plan limits;
• resell raw API access as your own service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we do, we will refund any unused part of a paid plan unless the account was closed for fraud or abuse.

5. AI answers

AI-generated answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You are responsible for how the chatbot is set up on your website, including the instructions you give it, and for telling your visitors that they are talking to an AI.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running but don't promise any particular uptime. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or events outside our control.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
